Roman torcularium II century C.E. (Barcelona)

ideal reconstruction of the wine transformation facilities belonging to the Roman Villa of Carretera Reial-Quatre Camins in St. Just Desvern (Barcelona). In the definition of this hypothesis we work from the archaeological data reconstructing the structure of the press and the building that houses the facilities. The study was complemented with archaeological and ethnographic parallels under the premise of providing a plausible solution at a constructive level and with maximum scientific rigor. Project made in 2019.
