The castle of the Trinity, Roses Bay

The castle of the Trinity controls the interior bay of the Gulf of Roses (Catalonia, Spain). Its name comes from a hermitage built in 1508, which was destroyed, along with a defense tower that was erected in the area, when the castle was built between 1544 and 1551 by order of the Emperor Charles I.
